After three years in various operations roles, Taumoepeau’s inspiration for founding OP Media came from his experience working with a major healthcare organization. It was there that he identified a unique opportunity to develop technology aimed at addressing inefficiencies.
“Often, when you approach a company and ask for the best way to accomplish something, they’ll provide the solution in the form of a document.
What sets our technology apart is that you don’t need to know how to code or program to use it. Instead, you can build out processes directly. With our technology, you’re transitioning from a static, document-based approach to a dynamic one, which we refer to as OP—Optimal Process.”
The company serves clients across industries such as healthcare, energy, government, and cybersecurity. According to Taumoepeau, their primary focus is addressing workplace productivity challenges, which can ultimately drive exponential growth.
“Operations is fundamentally about finding efficiency and determining the best way to achieve something,” Taumoepeau explained. “Often, you may figure out how to do it, but without the right tools, it’s difficult to scale. You can’t ensure that others replicate your process with the same level of precision.
Despite launching in early 2020, the Salt Lake City-based innovator saw significant growth in 2023, as businesses sought ways to optimize their workflows.
“Companies began to realize during that time that there were numerous inefficiencies holding them back,” Taumoepeau said. “There was a strong demand to identify better methods of working, and for us, it was the perfect opportunity. Once you start generating revenue, the natural next step is growth.”
